Paramount’s merger settlement has a price and a date. If they change, I’m wrong.

Al Jazeera reports Paramount has reached a settlement with US states over its proposed $110bn merger with Warner Bros.

It says the deal includes a term that Paramount avoids a $7m-per-day fee if the merger is completed by September 30.
